Bad service and unfair treatment

I would advise no one to use this bus service.. The service suck and bus drivers, customer service department is useless and they put my life ND that of my 4mth old baby at risk refused to oflload my laggage at Bellville because my ticket said Capetown and they loaded my laggage with Capetown and he refused to get it out at 5am in the morning.. He forced me to drive with him all the way to Capetown and when I called clent services was tokd its my fault because I said I'm going to Capetown when Bellville is in cape Town a d bus always stops T two stations Bellville and Capetown no one ever said or asked me if I'm getting off where he just checked my ticket and packed my Lagasse.. I had to take a taxi all the way from Capetown when a bus had stopped at my station and was treated like I got a free ride or they were doing me a favor I paid for my ride ND. Deserve a pleasant and safe trip hate them will never use them ever service is bad yeses
