BAD SERVICE AND TIME MANAGEMENT

Bad experience my partner and I had with our recent travel to Durban. Firstly in previous times I've had a good experience with Eldo Coaches, but on Friday the 18th their service was extremely bad, we booked a bus to Durban departing to at 8pm but we ended up departing at 11pm because they had a lot people there and less buses. On our return on Monday the 21st, their driver waited for an hour at Montrose, were as it was supposed to be a be a 25min meal stop Lord knows why... Lastly when we eventually got Park Station (at 19:20, as opposed to 17:00 as stated on the ticket) we were dropped of at the streets the SHADY part of park station were it was dark and full of unsavory characters and everyone in the bus (mind you majority was women) was worried about their safety and the safety of their belongings. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN ELDO COACHES!!!
