Bad service and the worst bus ever

I am on a bus from East London to Cape town, firstly the bus arrived late now we are stuck a few kms to Port Elizabeth, we were just just told about a technical failure on the bus next thing they said the bus ran out of diesel. Theres no proper communication. This is so bad because we have appointments where we are going. This bus should be banned from the road.
