Bad service

Was traveling from Johannesburg to Queenstown Eastern Cape on the 13-08-2021. I was not used to travelling by bus and at first I try to find my way to the bus but when I realized I was not winning I decided to go the eldo coaches help desk for help. My goodness those ladies are rude rude rude. I got to the window and there were two ladies behind it, I greeted them they ignored me looking at computer screens, I said it again then one of the ladies with an attitude looked at me then I asked where can I found your buses she rep**** gate 6. Then I asked about their name tags and my disbelief they started laughing and that point I got angry I told them I will report and they said go ahead. Went to the bus and I don't want to lie the drivers were friendly and they drove very well. To cut the story short I will never I repeat never ever use ELDO coaches again. They also need to fix their chairs the sit in front of me was on my knees and we tried to fix it but it seemed lose
