Bad Service

I am traveling on a 7pm bus to Bloemfontein and it is scheduled to be there at 11:30pm. The driver keeps stopping for long periods of time and delaying passengers. The aircon is also not well regulated. This is my first and last time using this bus. Worst experience ever.
