BAD SERVICE!!!!

The worst service ever!!! The bus was scheduled to leave Bellville 13h30 on 24 December from Parc du cup Mispel road. When I got there 45min before the time, the security informed me that the pickup address has changed. I only received a sms 7am on 25 December that the pick up is in Durban road.

The bus was one hour late. When we got to Paarl the bus stopped and the driver said that he need all the men to take the luggage from the bus to an other bus. When I asked the driver why we must move to the other bus he said that the bus does not have a road license. How did we drive from Cape Town to Paarl with a bus fill of passengers without a road licence?

At DE Doorns the bus would not start and we had to wait for more than two hours for a mechanic to fix the bus. The drivers also did not inform the passengers about what was going on we had to ask them. While waiting for the mechanic passengers were sitting outside the bus because it was too hot inside the bus. The driver gave permission to someone who is not even a passenger to collect the plastic bottles in the bus while everybodys belongings are in the bus.

A few kilometers before Beaufort west we stopped again and the drivers did not informed the passengers why we had to stop....again. We had to wait for another 2 hours for someone to bring DIESEL because the bus had NO DIESEL!!! My time was 13h30 to 18h55 but I only got to my destination 01h00 the next morning.

I can honesty say that this was the worst travel experience I have ever had and this was my first time making use of Eldo. Will not recommend anyone to make use of Eldo coaches.
