Bad service

Eldo Coaches we support them, but they don't give a damn about their clients, I lost my lagguage on 19th September 2022 between Pretoria and Mount Frere, i reported the incident, i called the number that we have use to report such, went several times to their offices, both Pretoria and JHB, WhatsApp and massages were sent without success, have describe the Bag fully so to them and some of the numbers are not working, WHY do we support them if they can not help their clients.
