Bad Service

We left JHB at 19:00 going to King William's Town and the bus B510 was already 45 minutes delayed.

We drove 3 hours to Venstersburg and got stuck (oil is leaking). We left after 4 hours when the mechanic checked it out and we got stuck again in Bloemfontein.

We got stuck again in Skulpspruit and in Aliwal and Aliwal North and agin between Jamestown and Queenstown which we spent 3 hours there.

We are now in Queenstown waiting for more oil because the bus moves until a certain distance then the oil gets finish and the bus overheats & then we have to wait for the bus to cool down first then fill the oil if there is.

You had to send us a bus when we were stuck between Jamestown and Queenstown but instead, you sent 10l of oil.

You's bought us food but that doesn't mean we have to wait any longer as we had to arrive at 06:00 and it is now 14:18. Our trip is delayed by 8 hours and 19 minutes.

The kids are restless and we cannot control them anymore!!!!

Your customer service don't even answer the calls.
