Bad service

I want to share this bad service a about these busses. This December it has been very bad on the 13 December from Johannesburg to Cape town a 13:00 bus was late left 14:30 on the middle of the bridge bus stopped to get to another bus as that one was faulty, obvious got late in Capetown. On the 23 December from Capetown to Johannesburg the bus was supposed to leave 18 30 but left 19 00 ok fine, on the way in Worcester Mall the bus stop we were told that there is a passenger coming with another bus who missed the bus for one hour waiting for that bus and those passengers got off in Hanover we arrived 15 00 in Lenasia South instead of 13 00. On the 26 December my hubby going back to Cape town the bus was late leaving 12:30 instead of 11:00 on the way they had to change the bus to another that had passenger's inside to Cape town. Today the 30 Dec my colleague is traveling from Capetown to Johannesburg with a 13:00 bus the bus stopped because it had a smoke inside they told them is an engine they will send a machanic they are in the middle of nowhere. She is so misserable because she has to meet with the family to Limpopo for her father's funeral they will be leaving 8:00 from Park Station meeting with her there. How long will that machanic this so bad unacceptable at all. Eldo Coaches is a mess regardless with these busses they bought from Greyhound is worse should be better service. I bought return ticket going back to Cape town on the 02 Jan I am afraid what will happen I am leaving Johannesburg 11:00 so I could arrive and rush to work 07:30.

If they need proof of tickets I can send them. This is a disaster. I am so sorry for my colleague she is so stressful.
