BAD SERVICE

I would like to log a complaint regarding the bad service that we received from the Bus that was travelling from Queenstown to Cape Town, the bus stucked between Leinsburg and Towsriver since 5:00 am now its 9:00 we are still here, no one has contacted us regarding this matter yet we are hungry the kids are crying its so bad ????
