Bad service

Lost my luggage last year Oct and reported it because it was their employee's who gave away my luggage without proper documentation, they sent me forms to fill in and sent receipts which I did, they promised to get back to me I am the one who keeps on calling them and they will promise to get back to me, but they have not done that I am still waiting for the call 4 months later
