Bad service

Hi. I'm in a bus from Durban using Eldo busses. The service is horrible because this bus isn't well maintained. It overheat and stops every 5min. When you call customer care. Agents just hang up the calls. I am truly dissatisfied by your service. I want my refund because I won't pay for such service
