Bad service
On the 01 July 2018 I was travelling from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth (18:30). Passengers had to ask driver numerous times to switch off the aircon because it was very hot but he refused to switch it off which led to one of the passengers having to stand up because her chest was tight... Secondly the driver picked up someone in George and didn't know how to get back on the road, he had to stop at a garage to ask for directions. He also took a route where it clearly says no trucks or buses because the road was very narrow & had to pull brakes numerous times & he was going at a very high speed. Eldo coaches aisle is very narrow which makes it uncomfortable for the person that's sitting & people must get in because you have to move or sit sideways for a passenger to move
