Bad service

I am very dissapointed with Eldo coaches, i booked a return ticket to queenstown for the weekend, i was going for a funeral saturday morning and had to be back in cape town the sunday morning as i was working, got into a Bus saturday evening after the funeral at 18:10, as we Approached Beufortwest just after midnight we were stopped by traffic, and we had to go to the traffic department, after patiently waiting for almost an hour the driver came back to tell us that the bus has been pounded as the permit was expired, then we asked him what was going to happen to us as most of us had things to do the sunday morning, the driver told us that his boss has arranged another bus and that should take less than an hour to take us to cape town, that hr turned into 8am the sunday morning, then there was a bus to pick us up, and the drivers told us that they are coming from cape town. I missed work because of their negligence
