Bad service

Eldo coaches services is very bad. I booked a bus on the 27tg of June after paying I was told that there are no available seats but my money was gone. I went to the park station offices the lady was so rude and didn't even listen to me. I couldn't take the.bus because of that. I kept on calling the offices with no answer, I sent an email no response. Their service is very poor and don't care about their customers. These busses must be closed.
