Bad Service

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have used Eldo Coaches before in December 2015. The service was ok if you overlook the overflowing toilet and overcrowding.</p> <p>I booked again for yesterday evening from PE to JHB. Firstly we arrived to a bus called Freeway Coaches but operated by Eldo.</p> <p>1 .The drivers did not know the route.</p> <p>2. it took us over 4 hours to travel from PE to Jansenville. We ask what is the problem with the driver they are non responsive.</p> <p>3. The coach is jerking as soon as it goes over sixty KMs and the door is not sealed properly thererore lots of noise and instability in the bus.</p> <p>4. the passangers are naturally concerned and when raising their worry with the driver, he attempts to make a u turn in the small carrige way intending to return to PE. we had to beg to continue.</p> <p>5. Countless calls are made by the diffent pasangers to the PE office which are answered and we are told a manager will come back to us. I recieved a call back requesting my details and what had happened and was promised a call back again.</p> <p>6. Calls to the " call cantre"result is apologies</p> <p>7. Eventually the drivers inform us that this bus was inspected before hand and the problem of the jerking had been identified pre the trip taking place. They were told that they need to keep under 60kms and they would be fine.</p> <p>8. I believe the lack of communication and actions of Eldo Coaches was all dealing in bad faith.</p> <p>9. Why take our money and put us in danger.</p> <p>10. All my posts have been deleted on their FB page but I shall take this further.</p>
