Bad service

I was one of the passangers in the Greyhound bus accident on the 28th of June 2022 just outside Richmond. I was transported with a medical bus to Richmond with all the other passengers. 01:00 the morning I was taken to De Aar hospital by ambulance. Till today, I didnt receive a call or follow up from Greyhound aka Eldo Coaches how I got home/how I am. I had to phone my husband to come and fetch me in De Aar.

Greyhoud aka Eldo Coaches, the telephone calls is a dead end with no success. I want to claim for my own expenses I had to pay for ect and all the inconvience that was caused during this time.
