Bad, poor service
Booked a bus for 7pm tonight from park station jhb to cape Town, it is now 22:21 no bus has arrived no update nothing when when I asked the staff they gave me a very bad attitude, I spoke to Veronica who is very rude and arrogant and thembisile, called the call center several times spoke to zam uxolo who keeps on giving me empty promises saying the bus will arrive after 20min its more than 4 hours now 20mins have passed no bus, its raining outside we have kids but eldo chooses not to care including their staff I just so sick of it, requested for my money back was told I will get it tomorrow I mean how

As if it was not enough that the bus arrived at 11pm and now we are stuck in the middle of nowhere since 4am what kind of service is this that I'm experiencing with eldo coaches I mean how does one recommend your services if this is what we get, was it not enough that your staff members disrespected us now this, we have been given a double storey bus at 11pm which is now stuck in the middle of no where up to now, no help has come yet we are travelling with children and they are hungry and thirsty what type of service is eldo coaches rendering, I will also escalate the matter with Moshin moola on his social media page because this is unacceptable and pathetic service, are we going to be reimbursed for such pathetic service, some of us are suppose to be at work but we can't make it because of your poor service it is now 8am no help at all
