Very poor customer service. Total confusion when it comes to communication. I was following their instructions of catching up with the bus after a delay in traffic and they refused to let us board the bus. Then they refused to refund me for the trip from Capetown to Kuruman for me and my son. Very bad Experience. Eldo coaches not good news.
