Bad experience

Bad service, I've waited for a long time for a bus, without any update. What a bad pathetic service. I called customer service and they had empty promises. 4 hours later we got the bus.

It affected us as we had a meeting to attend at 17h00 I won't be able to make it to the meeting now.

Eldo coaches please fumigate your buses as well.
