Bad experience

I was on a bus from Capetown to Pretoria. The bus left Bellville after 19:00. When we got on it was nice and hot and other passengers looke nice and comfortable. It was my first time using Eldo and I was happy with the bus in until they told us that the charging ports are not working. So I planned that I will have to use my battery sparingly. Before we could even reach Paarl, all the heat was gone and the bus started getting very cold. You can imagine what happened when we were feel in the Karoo. The bus was so cold that I thought I wasn't going to make it home alive and I was dressed warm, I thought. I also had a blanket but I stopped feeling my feet even before midnight. This was the worst trip I have ever taken. Eldo coach needs to sort out the heater of coach 750 ASAP because with what I went through yesterday I don't think it's safe at all.
