Bad Customer Service

This bus service is the worst ever, when you call their call center you are placed in a queue system that places you in a long queue, it's as if they keep you on hold long enough so that you get frustrated and put the phone down, they have 3 numbers that you can call and both the Pretoria and the Johannesburg number puts you back into the same queue, the mobile number they don't even answer. The bus was supposed to have left 7am this morning 12/01/2022 from Kimberley to Johannesburg it is 2 hours later and still no bus.
