BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ,BAD COMMUNICATION

I booked a bus from Durban to Midrand, 27-12-2015 ,11am bus, and was left standing as the bus was full.Firstly how can a company oversell tickets ?They know how many people a bus takes yet they are just after money ,just selling tickets and not making arrangements for extra buses to accommodate the people they have sold tickets to??????.<br> They then hired a bus(Stanbus) to take us to Joburg, a very uncomfortable bus I must say ,with no toilet for such a long journey.,now how do you expect me, as a woman to survive in such conditions?????We eventually got to Joburg 20H00,and the hired bus just dumped us there saying he isnt going to Midrand and PTA and were referred to the Eldo offices,we stood at the Joburg Park Station until 21H30 where we were eventually put on some bus, (Mega Bus) which was STINKING of Pee.<br> I do not understand how a company as big as Eldo coaches can be so unprofessional and so disorganized!!! . <br> Firstly , your tickets were overpriced , where my friend S,Shembe and I paid R700.00 while other people bought the same tickets for the same bus at R220.00???Please explain this to me and the inconvenience and suffering you people put your customers ??
