Bad customer service at Eldo Coaches

Traveling from durban to PE on the 24 Jan 2020,when we got to Umtata the driver was sleeping and the bus went off the road facing the on coming traffic..he managed to pull it back but hit the pavement...we were asked to jump off the bus and when we asked what had happened the driver told us that he had hit a big stone in the middle of the road but he was lying even the state of the bus shows that it's not the stone...we were taken to the nearest garage which us ultra city in umtata they told us they waiting for the bus coming from durban to take us to our destinations...since 00:00 we waited the drivers never even asked if there's anyone hurt they just slept as if nothing had happened....No further communication until 05:30 when the sun was up drivers still sleeping with their feet up I woke one driver and asked what is happening why is he not communicating with us or give us feedback,where's the bus from durban it's supposed to be here that time he told me he doesn't know and what is he suppose to do that's when I lost it told him it's his responsibility to put pressure and make sure the bus is here....only after our argument they started to make calls arranging....the bus arrived 07:00 and still no apology or any sorts of communication....I urge people not to use Eldo coaches it has a very bad services and they don't care about passengers including their driver's they have attitude
