Bad Customer Service and Response

I’ve been chasing up a refund for the past two weekes for a bus ticket that was booked on the wrong date.

The service is long and dragging , customer service never picks up calls or assist you accordingly.

I have been in a email conversation with one of the managers/supervisors Lloyed Cherry and he has been ignoring my emails to get a voucher or refund.

I’ve never experienced such bad service and a company who is not corresponding or takes customers seriously. I would never recommend and use them again.

Even now my query has not being resolved.
