BAD SERVICE

We booked a bus departing from Kokstad to East London, come to our attention the bus DID not arrive at all, left all people stranded, tried to communicate with their office but no luck, even today we still have not received our refund.

*** bus that does not care about the customers, wouldn't recommend it.
