Bad customer service

I will never use this bus ever again in my life, so on the 25th of April I bought a return ticket from Bellville to Klerksdorp for the 27 and 4th of May, so because I missed my bus to go to Klerksdorp on the 27th I called them on the 28th to cancel the ticket for the 4th fine they sent me a refund form which stipulated that I will get my money within 7-21 BD fine since I sent all the required documents I have not heard anything from them, whenever I call is either no agent is available or they send me to someone with the extension 56 this person has never answered my call till this day is more than 21 days and I have not heard anything from these people... I am so disgusted by their service
