Bad Customer Service

We received the most horrible customer services from Eldo coaches, my mother was taking a bus from Durban to Pretoria bosman station. We got to Durban station on time for the 7am bus to arrive in Pretoria at 3pm. When we got to the long Que, after waiting for approximately 30 to 40min to get on the bus. They brought us one bus we have never seen before. It was branded CK tours. When I asked one of the staff members for Eldo they basically snapped at me and told us that was the bus available . I mean if their buses are fully booked why can't they inform their customers before hand. Let alone paying R400 for a bus that wont even have a rest room inside because they brought is CK tours instead of Eldo coaches. Then on the road this bus was stopping on the free way and people were getting off to release themselves on the road side. I mean where is the profession here. The driver did not even know how to get to the JHB station as a result people got late for getting to Pretoria on time. Customer service is very important and they have lost my family as their customers trust you me. I mean it....
