Bad Customer Service

So on the 07th of April 2023 my colleague had to take a bus from George western cape to Peddie. Its was a return ticket. Her bus time was for 01:00 am so she went early to the bus stop and at 04:00 am the bus have not arrived. She called Eldo Coaches with no answer, emails was sent with no responds. She decided to go home because it was cold. We try to contact them on the phones but must hold on forever. We are trying to get the money out of Eldo coaches since that time and every time on whatsapp they said that we must sent in email. I think over 100 emails was sent to them. That is the worse customer service i had ever come across.
