Bad client service

I took a bus from Port Elizabeth to Kokstad Bus died on our way to Kokstad Firstly it was not comfortable but I really didn't pay much attention to it until it died

It was half past one in the morning (01:30) we stood there from 1 until half past seven in the morning It was cold Raining outside

I was supposed to be somewhere at 8 but couldn't make it on time I was sooo later I was so irritated tried to call their call Centre no help Wrote an email no help Had to use my own money wrote NCW on a paper stood outside took a taxi to Kokstad

They didn't even call to refund me the difference Nothing Just those annoying SMSs I got to Kokstad around half 9

What irritated me the most is that their drivers didn't even try to explain to us what's happening Plus having to stay there at night freezing cold without my phone since they didn't have cable holes to charge my phone

I looked like an idiot because I had to call home but couldn't communicate with anyone

Never ever Ever in my life I'll never book that nonsense again not even a friend or a family member
