Bad bus service

I'm so very disappointed with the service I received from this bus service I bought a ticket to Gramstown from Durban. I arrived at the terminal an hour which was an hour early 15H00 as the bus was leaving at 16H00 and I and I was assisted by lady that goes by the name Annita she did not tell me about the protocol of where the bus collects passengers and where I should wait for the bus. I waited outside as the waiting area was full. I received a sms at 15H45 telling me the bus will be late at 17H00 I went to ask the same lady that assisted me what time will the bus arrive and she told me the bus had already left at 16H15. But they did not worry to inform me as I was sitting outside. They told me to rebook and will pay for a new ticket and their next bus is Monday and I have 2 be at work on Monday . I'm really angry about this bus service and the manner the staff members treat their customers
