Bad_Bad Service received!!!!!

I would not recommend this bus at all, i was suppose to leave at 23:10 and now the time is 01:30 and the bus has not arrived, these people are even refusing to give us refunds kanti wht kind of service is that? They dont deserve to operate as they are not considerate of their customers at all...
