Bad and unsafe bus service

Yhooooooo Jesu, I wish they can just cut their service, they not proffesional at all, June I was from Graaff Reinet to Jozi I had to request uber cz the bus had no deisel and yesterday my mom of 64 yrz old and my 4 years daughter spend the night in the middle of nowhere, still now they still waiting for machenic from PE to come and check the problem, I'm sooooooo angry right now I don't even know what to do and on top of everything my mom is diebetic what if something happens to her there, yhoooooo Im just praying for their safety right now😡😡, I wish minister of transport can just cut them off
