Avoiding ownership of damages to my vehicle

<p>On 18 April an Eldo Coaches bus hit my car and drove off. There were damages to the front of my vehicle. I laid a police report, and emailed the company on 19th April. On 25th April I received a response saying my email has been referred to Operations. The very same day I received amail from Operations requesting the details of the incident. Which I then sent back within 15 minutes of their request. On May 03 I emailed once again to follow up. Today is the 8th May and still no reply. I do not have insurance and do not find it very fair to be ignored when I am driving around with a damaged vehicle. Since the head of operations will not reply who do I contact?</p>
