Assaulted by an Eldo Coaches Bus Driver

My husband was assaulted by their bus driver Assistant at the Vryburg Pick up point. While we were trying to phone their call center to report the situation I waited for 1hr and there was no answer also sent them an email and recieved no response. I thought this was a more elite comfortable coached to travel in but I would have rather used a taxi Tha. Their bus. 1hr 30mins later they still have me in the waiting list on the call center.

I would definitely not recommend this service it is not safe!
