Arrogant agent at Eldo Coaches who refuse to assist #LloydChetty

On the 23rd December I was supposed to board the bus from Johannesburg to Durban... I called the call centre and wanted to change the times for my ticket I got told that I can not change the time or get a refund. I asked to be transferred to a manager and some guy by the name of lloyd Chetty takes over the call from the agent and by this time I am already irate.. lloyd did not introduce himself as the manager no where in the call but the end even after asking if hes manager we continued to explain the ordeal cos he assumed he could help only to get told the same thing with his arrogant attitude. He was so **** rude ,he has no people or customer care s****s. His arrogance is putrid. Is that the type of people you put behind a phone to ***** our money because with that rude arrogance hes doing a great job. I want the call recordings and I want to be contacted to know what disciplinary action will be taken against Lloyd Chetty who is apparently a manager at eldos call centre.
