Appealing and unacceptable

I had booked a bus ticket for 7:30am from jhb to pmb the bus arrived before 8, no apologies or explanation for the long wait. It's 8:20 the bus has not left apparently there is no driver On top of that, the gentleman who was loading our luggage was very rude. I was in from of the line and loaded luggage for people behind me and when I asked him why he said 'ey ey it's Friday I don't want stories'... So rude. The service from eldo coaches is shocking and unacceptable.
