Appalling service, Impossible to get Refund.

Buses always late, lack of communication, zero accountability, zero service delivery.

Been trying to get a refund from December 2021 till today April 2022 I'm not getting assistance, I stay on the line for hours to get their pathetic agents to talk to me for two minutes without offering any sort of assistance.

Mind I followed all Instructions to the t whilst filling out their refund form, attached relevant documents but still its difficult for them to refund me.

They're service is appalling.
