Appalling service. Delays. 0 rating

I am absolutely appalled by lack of communication and professionalism exhibited by your company. My bus is meant to depart at 8:55pm. Your Porter at the Durban station was highly rude and dismissive when asked about the delay and to provide an update.

The name is Zamani Khumalo and I would like to know if this is how your staff is trained to handle discontent and disgruntled customers.

We are paying for a service and expect that service. This is unacceptable.

This is the second occasion where eldo has been absolutely disgusting and then proceeds to quote policy instead of at the very least issuing an apology.

There is covid. No covid protocol is being observed nor crowd control. I ask that the cctv footage is consulted and I please get the matter escalated.

I will not be ridiculed by staff and belittled when enquiring politely when the fault lies on thd company
