Appalling service

The worst fleet of buses😡😡😡. I am appalled by their services. My daughter has been on the road since 11:30am but she has not reached her destination as yet which is Midrand. We booked a bus departing at 11am to arrive in Midrand at 19:00pm. Firstly they were put on 1 bus and we were told they’ll then swop buses at North Beach. Buses were swopped and they were put on another bus which is not even an Eldos coaches bus. She was stuck at North beach until 12:30. This bus was suppose to travel straight to Midrand and Pretoria but surprisingly they are at Park Station. This is a child who has a class at 8am tomorrow but is still stuck on the road.
