Appalling service

We booked a bus for last night. The bus came but tge driver did not take us. No communication what so ever he closed the door and drove off. They do not t want to give me a refund. When weccalled them last night thay promised that the bus is coming back for us it did not. I stood in the freezing cold rain with a 12 month old and a 5 year old.
