Appalling Service

Booked a bus ticket from Potchefstroom to Johannesburg and the bus was due to arrive at 05:05. l left the pickup point at 07:00. fast forward called the call centre and they picked up that the bus only arrived at 09:30 a whole 4hrs 30 mins later. I've since been batling for a refund nor have i had a response to my mails
