Appalling, **********, disgusted trip with Eldo Coaches

<p>We booked tickets as a group to Durban, the bus was late with 3 hours, when the bus finally arrives there were no tiolets. We didnt even reach the first tall gate and the bus got stucked. We had to wait for another bus only yo arrive a half an hour later. We got into the bus and was this the most terrifying experience ever. The aircon of the bus was not working. It was terribly cold like we were sitting at the back of the truck. It was freezing, then the brakes of the bus failed just before Harrismith in the bushes, the driver then manage to get us to a garage where he could fix the brakes. We then got back onto the truck and we arrived in Durban after 8am. This is serouisly the worst ever. We always go on holiday and never travelled by bus, this was my first experience which was disgusted. 3 of the people in our group is hospitalised now for Bronchyl pneumonia.</p>
