Appaling and heartbreaking service

Appaling service...and no professionalism. Worse day for our family was in the late evening of the 12th April 2022 we realised my sister and her son may miss her sons graduation scheduled for 13/04/2022 in Johannesburg at 15h00. Our worst nightmare came through as the first graduate in the household missed the graduation ceremony/day due to a bus that did not pitch to pick up passengers. Eldo Coaches did not even attempt to find an alternative solution. 3/4years of hard work gone without recognition and a once in a lifetime experience has been taken away from us just like that. They didn't even refund us the booked tickets, we had to find means of heading back to the rurals. Can Aldo Coaches give us the missed opportunity back? Can they heal the emotional trauma and financial burden they put us through??? We need answers and they must compensate us.
