My mother and i waited from 10:30 AM till 12:50 PM for the bus to arrive and take her to Mpumalanga Piet retief

Yes they did us right for sending out smses that they'll be a delay but no one anticipated for the delay to take up half the day

I AM APPALLED BY THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY
