Aldo is one messed up bus

I'm very disappointed with the bus. I was suppose to take the 19:55 bus and it arrived at 21:30 and it was f***ed up because they mixed everyone in one bus , people who booked for the 6:30,19:55, 9:00 and the 10:00 pm and we were pushing each other as if we asked for a hitch hike and didn't pay at all. The sales lady said she doesnt work for Aldo and the she works for Greyhound and she was so rude and left us in that crisis.

I'm afraid but Aldo has been the worst experience ever. And sad part, we been here for like more than 5 hours our batteries are low and there are no charging ports and even toilets to pee. I'm sorry but we were taken for granted and it's as if we didn't pay. Honestly speaking I would never ever take an Aldo bus imagine leaving at 22:10 yet you were supposed to leave at 19:55.
