Accident Claim

A bus driver side swiped me in Pretoria and I have since been struggling to get feedback regarding a claim that was submitted early in October. I've emailed and called and still cannot get a definite response. It is apparently taking the insurer 2 weeks to review a claim. This is a very bad experience.
