So last week we logged a complaint to which I am still waiting for feedback Only for the same thing to happen when my sister left again!!!! different CHARTERED bus that didnt even have enough space for the luggage and it got stuck AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
