Absolutely no service whatsoever

Waiting 10 months for a refund. They left my staff member waiting all night for a bus that never arrived. I emailed a few days later, heard nothing. Tried many times to phone. Most times they don't answer of put the phone down on your, and occasionally take you number and promise to phone back, which they never do. I will never ever book a ticket with them again
