Absolute Pathetic Service

<p>My fiance was travelling back to JHB from DBN yesterday. Departure was at 11:00 in Durban and arrival at destination in JHB was supposed to be 18:45. She only ended up reaching home at 22:30. Firstly the bus overheated just before PMB, and had to stop for over an hour awaiting a new bus to arrive. Once they were on the new bus they reach a station and swop drivers. Then the bus drops her and a few other passengers at the station in JHB just after 21:00, out in the cold, to await another bus to fetch them to take them to their destination. The lady at that station was rude and told them to just wait for another bus. NO explaination as to why. This is absolutely pathetic service received from Eldo Coaches. This inconvenienced family members who were supposed to fetch her at her destination at 18:45. Staff members were uninformative and quite rude. Disgusting service.</p>
